White Christmas

Well it looks like a white christmas here in star valley, but that's not unusual. This little valley doesen't have an ugly side or season. Anyone who hasn't visited really should. I'm not sure i'd make the trip in the winter my first time out, maybe summer or fall. The colours in the fall at fantastic. Stop and shop for a bit in Afton, then drive north to thayne ( 15 - 20 min north ) then stop at Juan's house of Tacos for some food. Enough of the pitch for Star Valley, but there are few places like it left.

A gift from my buddy Al Simpson..

I thought i'd share my nice gift from Sen. Al Simpson. We've been working on a doc. about him and he ask me if i had one... Anyway he signed it and wrote some very nice things.

There is some serious silver on this saddle.. I'm in the middle of a remote pledge drive and i switched from director to camera. Now i can see some the exibits while i wait for my next break.

HOLY CRAP THE SMILEY FACE EXPLODED!!!!!

I don't know if anyone else noticed walmart's new logo, but they blew-up the smiley face into 6 splat marks. The best thing is knowing that walmart probably has some mantra behind all 6.

Home sweet home in cody for the next couple of days.. But I signed up for a priority club. Now i'm really smart, i get points on company travel..
